The Ohio University Philosophy Forum, now in entering its 15th year, gives students the opportunity to study recent work of famous philosophers, followed by three days of intensive seminar and discussion with the author.  The Forum has brought to campus Robert Nozick, Daniel Dennett, Hilary Putnam, Alasdair MacIntyre, Cora Diamond, Arthur Fine, Simon Blackburn, Susan Haack, Julia Annas, Lynne Rudder Baker, T. M. Scanlon, and Michael Williams.  The 2008 Forum was given by Kirk Ludwig of University of Florida. The 2009 Forum will be led by Bas van Fraassen of Princeton University.
