Current Research Interests

  1. A text in philosophy of biology initially commissioned for the Prentice Hall Series, Foundations in Philosophy.
  2. A book on whether there is, must be, ought to be theory behind applied ethics. I will also discuss the trend toward using narratives in understanding morality.
  3. Ethics and nanotechnology.
